Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a
Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)
to join and support our clinical team in Durham, NC.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way. The Senior BCBA plays a key leadership role by supporting clinical quality, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, and contributing to the development of a strong, collaborative team culture.
Services may be provided across multiple settings depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Conduct assessments and ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA programming
Support ethical caseload management and quality service delivery
Lead case consultation, treatment planning, and outcome review
Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming
Provide caregiver training and support
Maintain payer and regulatory compliance
Contribute to staff onboarding, training, and development
Support a positive, mission-centered team environment
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
Requirements Required
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA
Preferred
Minimum 3+ years of post-certification BCBA experience
Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience
Experience coaching and mentoring clinicians
Experience supporting children with autism across varied support needs
