Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA) to support clinical excellence and team development at our Fayetteville, NC location.
The Senior BCBA provides advanced clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to BCBAs and RBTs while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services. This role partners closely with leadership and contributes to training, quality initiatives, and clinical program development.
Services may be delivered across multiple settings depending on client needs. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced clinical oversight and case consultation
Conduct assessments and oversee individualized treatment planning
Mentor and support BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Support ethical caseload management and quality assurance
Review clinical data and adjust programming as needed
Provide caregiver training and collaboration
Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical staff
Partner with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
Requirements Required
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
Strong clinical expertise and professional judgment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
3+ years of BCBA experience
Prior mentorship, supervision, or leadership experienceExperience supporting clinicians across varying support needs
