Responsibilities
Engage with visitors to understand their home‑buying needs and apply Lennar’s selling philosophy.
Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including product features, community amenities, and demographics.
Provide consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Toolbox / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
1‑2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools.
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Regular, in‑person attendance at Lennar communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. The position is primarily active, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites. Candidates must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range $33,000 – $33,176 annually, adjusted for qualifications, geographic pay, and business considerations.
Eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
