Job Summary The Martin‑Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Auto Mechanic II at our 1800‑acre North Farm in Lexington. The role involves maintenance, servicing, and repair of farm vehicles and equipment, supporting the crops production program, assisting with research projects, farm maintenance, and general facility duties. A strong background in automotive or equipment maintenance and proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment is preferred. Responsibilities

Maintain, service, and repair farm vehicles and equipment.

Provide mechanical support for crops production program.

Assist with research projects and farm maintenance.

Perform general facility duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Pesticide Applicator’s Certification and CDL preferred.

Customer Service experience.

Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities.
