Job Description:

The Project Designer is responsible for creating and producing technical drawings to support all aspects of Architecture and Interior Design projects.

Responsibilities

Create and produce technical drawings for architecture and interior design projects.

Support various aspects of architectural projects including sustainable design and feasibility studies.

Conduct site visits once a month initially, with the potential to increase frequency to weekly visits.

Essential Skills

Architectural Degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or 2-year technical certification)

Proficiency in Revit

1-3 years of experience in drafting, design, and construction administration

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Experience in sustainable design and feasibility studies

Work Environment The work environment is a modern, family-oriented atmosphere within a small company of 16 employees, including 4 other drafters. The office operates in a commercial business setting, focusing on retail and healthcare projects. Work is all in-person, with no work-from-home options. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
