As a Level One Technician, you will provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure every traveler returns to the road better than they came. In this role, you can expect to:
Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on exceeding customer expectations. Have extensive knowledge of the products and services we offer. Diagnose wear conditions and, with TSA or Manager, recommend solutions to customers. Complete repairs within your capabilities and as written. Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs. Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions. Qualifications
Dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred. Heavy‑duty ASE certifications not required, but a plus. Basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays. A valid driver’s license. Benefits
