Overview Promote the growth and development of Coca‑Cola and allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring accounts are merchandised according to company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).
Responsibilities
Interact and build rapport with decision makers at customer locations
Place product orders, maintain inventory levels for consumer purchase
Ensure beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated
Sell new and promotional items and plan floor and cooler space with store decision makers to maximize sales revenue
Maintain back‑room/back‑stock areas in a safe, accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area
Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year
Coordinate with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to restock accounts and build displays aligned with company standards and agreement with store decision makers
Organize pickup/credit of product unfit for sale and ensure expired or damaged product is not sold
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events
Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree/certificate
Proficient with CONA, Excel, Outlook and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices
Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license with driving record meeting company policy
Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and holidays as directed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $59,730 to $78,396 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay is influenced by geographic location, prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
