Overview

Regional Sales Manager for Clarke Power Services, Inc. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be in the territory (preferably KY, IN, Southern IL region) to best serve customers. With over 60 years in the industry, Clarke Power Services has deep experience in the emergency power industry. We provide 24/7 mobile service and support to perform preventive maintenance or emergency repair of generators. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the boots on the ground helping customers solve real-world mechanical challenges by selling repairs, parts, and service solutions to municipalities, service departments, equipment managers, and fleet operators. Your mechanical acumen and field experience in the Electric Power industry will help you establish credibility with customers and drive high-quality, high-margin work. What You’ll Do and Sell What You’ll Do

Prospect, network, and grow your pipeline through cold calling, social media, site visits, and industry events. Coordinate with municipalities, government agencies, service centers, and dealers to secure parts and service business that drives margin and satisfaction. Connect with decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and bring parts and service business to Clarke Power Centers and field service technicians. Travel to trade shows and customer sites to showcase products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers get the right fit and maximize value. Work with Marketing to generate sales materials that showcase Clarke Powered Solutions offerings. Assist with budget forecasting, customer credit terms, and overall territory strategy. Assist with service contract bids and quotations. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Electric Power market, industrial diesel repair, or industrial equipment. Confident in cold and warm calling with a positive, solution-focused attitude. Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills. Mechanically inclined or familiar with generators and diesel engine service. Goal-oriented, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with regional travel (approximately 50%). Benefits
