Inside Sales Representative - The Bath Authority

Hours: Monday‑Friday – In Office (3 days) 1 pm–9 pm. Saturday‑Sunday – Work from Home (Saturday 9 am–5 pm, Sunday 11 am–5 pm).
Salary: $17‑18 per hour plus bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
Offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs.
Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
Leverage B2C, B2B or customer‑service experience.
Have 1‑2 years of inbound/outbound calling experience.
Demonstrate good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Show excellent phone etiquette.
Exhibit strong listening and conversational skills.
Be able to set and achieve goals.
