The Role We’re looking for personable, reliable, and motivated individuals to represent Northern Soda Company in the following sales territories—Minneapolis, West Metro, St. Paul, East Metro. As a commission-based sales representative, you’ll build relationships with retailers, restaurants, and distributors—helping to grow our brand presence and product availability throughout your region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, restaurants, bars, and distributors in your assigned territory.
Present and promote Northern Soda Company, TruNorth Natural Craft Soda, and keg root beer offerings to new accounts.
Deliver samples, sales materials, and promotional information to potential customers.
Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and close new business.
Coordinate with Northern Soda’s main office to manage orders and deliveries.
Represent the Northern Soda brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and people skills.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.
Access to a vehicle and ability to travel within your territory.
