Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Caguas. Responsibilities include developing relationships with clients to understand their needs, precisely presenting and selling tailored furniture solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. The role involves collaborating with the team to meet or exceed sales goals, providing clients with excellent customer service, and occasionally participating in training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge. You will serve as a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish relationships with clients and effectively address their needs
Sales and Sales Management experience to consistently meet or exceed targets and manage the sales cycle effectively
Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide product knowledge to clients when necessary
Proficiency in understanding and promoting design/space planning and furniture solutions is advantageous
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
Prior experience in the furniture, design, or related industries is a plus
