Eligibility:
U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
Responsibilities
Assist with commercial real estate closings.
Review title and survey documents.
Revise and review lease amendments, non‑disturbance agreements and other relevant documents.
Organize and maintain files.
Prepare closing documents.
Requirements
Four‑year degree (or equivalent) with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role or as a legal practice assistant.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently, professionally, self‑motivated, and as a team player.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
