Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing the portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to the clients. The position offers the flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or remote for the right candidate.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience
401(k): 6% matching
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Onsite, hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in-office), or fully remote for highly qualified candidates
Equipment Provided: Yes, for remote candidates

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business valued at $1.4 million, focusing on accounts with premiums of $100,000 and under
Handle renewals (85%) and new business quoting (15%)
Perform tasks such as quoting, renewals, remarketing, endorsements, policy changes, and issuing certificates of insurance
Communicate effectively with clients via email and occasional inbound calls
Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience with Epic software is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity are essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with small business accounts, including generalist accounts, surplus lines (30%), and standard lines (70%)
