Operations Manager This role supports regional transportation needs by operating company vehicles to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods across designated routes. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, experienced, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed trailers, in full compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. Load and unload, secure and transport goods safely and efficiently using chains, binders, and ratchet straps. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel. Uphold safety and compliance standards and contribute to a positive team environment. Support Grand Forks Operations (Production, Warehouse) with additional duties as needed. Safely operate tractor-trailer on regional/day routes. Make U.S./Canada border stops and handle documentation. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Meet delivery schedules and maintain logs. Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL). Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience. Clean driving record. Must travel across the U.S. and Canada border; passport or enhanced license required. Able to complete drug and alcohol testing successfully. Able to complete a criminal record check successfully. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit for periods over 4 hours. Compensation & Benefits
