hourly base rate of $23-$28 , based on experience and qualifications, along with

What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our residential properties and ensuring residents are safe and satisfied. In this role, you’ll:

Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks

Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects

Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software

Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation

What You Bring

Proven experience in general maintenance and repair

Mid-to-high-level knowledge of exterior plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Strong communication skills with a professional, resident-focused demeanor

Reliable, self-motivated problem solver with excellent time-management skillsValid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in all weather conditions

Ability to provide basic hand tools (larger equipment is supplied by CPS

Availability for a rotating after-hours on-call schedule (5:00 pm–8:00 am), one week every six weeks
