PARC provides short-term, sub-acute residential support in a community setting for people stepping up from or down from acute mental health services.Operating 24/7, PARC supports people to strengthen their recovery, build skills, and consolidate their transition back into the community, with clinical care provided by the Area Mental Health Service and recovery-oriented support delivered by Wellways.**About the Role**The **Senior Recovery Worker** plays a key leadership role within the PARC team, supporting high-quality service delivery, team culture and participant outcomes. Reporting to the PARC Manager, you will provide case coordination, support recovery planning, mentor staff and contribute to the ongoing development and quality of the program.This role also works closely with clinical partners and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated, person-led care under the ethos of client self-direction.**Key Responsibilities*** Build professional, trusting relationships with participants and support recovery-oriented engagement* Develop and review individual recovery plans aligned to participant goals and self-direction* Provide case coordination and lead case planning meetings with clinicians, families and service partners* Support and strengthen team culture, including partnership with the clinical team* Facilitate group supervision for Wellways staff* Monitor quality and safety of the PARC environment, including audits, hazards and food safety* Ensure legislative, documentation and reporting requirements are met* Support rostering, casual coordination, recruitment, orientation and staff training* Contribute to service planning, quality improvement and strategic initiatives**About You**You are an experienced recovery-focused practitioner who brings leadership, collaboration and strong organisational skills.
