and .**Your opportunity**Community Living Supports (CLS) is a community mental health recovery program funded by the Ministry of Health. The service works in partnership with the community mental health service and other relevant stakeholders. The program provides recovery-based psycho-social support with the client in the centre. Entails a combination of case work and support work. Most of the role is direct frontline service delivery, face to face with client in the community. Support workers mainly support the team with various clients in the community. Case workers do a combination of case coordination and support work.We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Recovery Case Worker to join our team and deliver client-centred support that empowers individuals on their recovery journey.
