McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Certified Parts Advisor.
Our Certified Parts Advisor in Fenton, MO is responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer system, billing merchandise orders, and making necessary entries to the inventory control system, while distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and maintaining shelf stock. This role provides a valuable opportunity to expand your industry expertise and offers clear pathways for career advancement within our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):
Assist in keeping the parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor.
Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions.
On-site attendance is required.
Provide exceptional customer service, technical product knowledge, process transactions, maintain stock levels, perform order processing and invoicing.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
Construction & forestry service knowledge highly recommended.
Computer, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer facing experience.
Strong ability to communicate with customers.
