Property Management Firm is seeking a Part time Resident Property Manager for their Project Based Section 8 affordable properties located throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain property
Perform unit inspections
Collect rent
Report maintenance requests and repairs
Enforce lease and house rules
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience as a Property Manager in Project Based Section 8
Must be able to efficiently communicate verbally and in writing
Required to live on site; apartment factored into your compensation
