Job Overview
Hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers for Southeast Regional routes offering steady miles and consistent weekly home time. Drive 100% no‑touch freight with a balanced mix of drop & hook and live unload for a smooth and predictable schedule.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $0.54–$0.60 per mile
Average Weekly Pay: $1,200+ gross
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Performance Bonuses: Earn up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Equipment & Support
Late‑model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer)
24/7 operations support to keep you moving
Benefits & Orientation

Paid orientation including travel and lodging
Job Requirements
Age 21+
Minimum 3 months recent CDL‑A experience within last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR)
Experience hauling trailers over 40 feet
Driving record: max 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in past 12 months)
Safety record: max 4 total incidents in 3 years, no DOT‑recordable accidents
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug tests
No SAP drivers accepted
