As we expand our Staff Leasing Business into the German market , we’re looking for motivated Sales Managers to help build our presence and win new business.
Your Impact In this role, you will drive business development, build strong customer relationships, and promote our staffing solutions - primarily temporary staffing, with direct hire as a secondary service.
You’ll build your delivery team to ensure client success and service quality.
What You’ll Do
✔ Develop and execute a market go-to-strategy
✔ Build relationships with new clients in IT & Finance sectors
✔ Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
✔ Work with marketing, lead‑gen, and leadership teams globally
✔ Report on sales activities using Salesforce
What You Bring
✔ Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR tech sales
✔ Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
✔ Knowledge of temporary or direct hire staffing
✔ Ambition, autonomy, and a results‑driven mindset
