Your Home Improvement Company – Events Lead Generator/Field Marketer
Part‑time position ($17–$20 per hour) with bonuses and training. Travel compensation provided. Work at local community events to promote our home‑improvement services.
Responsibilities
Attend area events, fairs, and festivals to promote company services.
Engage with event attendants, initiate conversations, and build connections with homeowners.
Set up and tear down promotional booths, which may require lifting up to 60 lbs.
Accept travel reimbursement for non‑local events.
Earn bonuses on top of hourly pay.
Complete any marketing training provided.
Qualifications
Own reliable transportation (local travel reimbursement applies).
Outgoing, energetic, coachable, with strong communication skills.
Open weekend availability; evenings and nights as required.
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Pay & Schedule $18–$20 per hour, with opportunity for advancement.
Work hours: 20–30 hours per week, depending on event schedule. Evenings, weekends, and nights as required.
Location In‑person events across the region. Company headquarters in the northern United States.
