Job Overview Events Lead Generator for a leading home improvement company. This role involves marketing our services at local events, fairs, and festivals, engaging with potential customers, and helping spread awareness of our home improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

Attend area events, fairs, and festivals with our promotional booths.

Engage in conversations with homeowners and represent the company.

Assist with set‑up and tear‑down of booths, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Report on customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

Own reliable transportation; non‑local travel will be reimbursed.

Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.

Open weekend availability; able to work evenings and nights as needed.

Physical ability to lift 60 lbs.

Compensation $18–$20 per hour with opportunity for bonuses and advancement.

Schedule

Part‑time (20–30 hours per week).

Work dates depend on event schedules: evenings, weekends, and nights as required.
