The role focuses on lead generation, community visits, and customer support at a senior living community.

Position Details
Title: Senior Living Coordinator (Sales Coordinator)
Type: Full Time
Location: Iowa City, IA (2423 Walden Rd, Walden Place Senior Living)
Salary: $45,000 – $52,000
Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
Practice empathy: create human connection with prospective residents and their families during emotionally charged times.
Communicate knowledge: accurately enter leads into the database, provide helpful information about senior living options, and outline next‑step options.
Lead‑base liaison: cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all activity is catalogued.
Hospitable host: deliver exceptional experiences during tours and community events.
Required Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
English proficiency at 12th‑grade level.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow directions and apply problem‑solving skills.
Criminal clearance.
Good health; must pass a health screening within 6 months of employment and a TB test.
