to join its team in Bradley Stoke. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and nurture long-term customer relationships across SCG’s product and service portfolio. The Field Sales Executive will proactively generate new sales opportunities, close deals, and cross-sell/upsell to existing customers. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly targets while contributing to team success. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with prospective customers to understand requirements and propose appropriate SCG solutions Proactively self-generate new business sales opportunities Accurately record and maintain sales activity in designated business systems Achieve and exceed monthly and team sales targets Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones Cross-sell and upsell across SCG’s product/service portfolio Deliver accurate forecasting to support resource planning and business reporting Collaborate with other teams across the business Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and driven Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial flair Professional and competitive mindset Experience in sales cycle management (pipeline, reporting, CRM systems) Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering excellent experiences Target-driven approach Product knowledge and ability to learn quickly Initiative and problem-solving skills Team player What We Offer
