Responsibilities
Manage the new client sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity qualification through cold calling, email outreach, networking, onsite visits, and industry events.
Build strong rapport with prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments for the Senior Sales Team.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying client needs and promoting the full IT services portfolio.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to position the business effectively.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their IT requirements.
Accurately track sales activity, interactions, and pipeline progress using HubSpot CRM.
Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and generate new leads.
Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on lead generation activity and pipeline performance.
Carry out a high volume of outbound activity, including 80+ cold calls per week, supported by email and multi‑channel engagement.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in IT sales or a related commercial role is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision‑makers.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
