Job Overview TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Camden, NJ hiring for an Account Manager/Sales Support Specialist. This position would support the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience in sales and administrative support are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Support sales manager with purchase order requests
Enter sales orders and process information accurately
Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate processes with internal team effectively
Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries
Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements
Organize data in Excel and accurately input customer information
Adhere to policies and processes for company standards
Qualifications
Sales support experience
Any steel industry experience highly preferred but not required
Excel skills and comfortable with data
Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
Invoicing/billing experience
Shipping/receiving experience
Customer service skills
Additional Details
Monday-Friday
On-site position
8am-5pm
Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment
Compensation Pay range: $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
