– a remote & in‑person opportunity where you’ll play a key role in our high‑performing insurance sales team.

Compensation

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Annual bonus and commission

Responsibilities

Get licensed for life insurance (support provided for candidates without a license)

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs

Present tailored life insurance solutions and deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups

Guide clients through the application process and close sales

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively

Qualifications

Strong communication and persuasive sales skills

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

No experience required – the company provides licensing and training support

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in‑person meetings (if required)
