We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to join us.

This is a full-time onsite role where you’ll be immersed in a high-energy, collaborative culture with direct access to industry experts, premium clients, and world-class aviation tools.

This is a rare opportunity to break into or grow within private aviation sales, working with high-net-worth clientele and luxury travel experiences.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with HNW and UHNW clients to meet their private travel needs

Secure charter deals by sourcing aircraft, negotiating with operators, and closing contracts

Deliver a best-in-class client experience before, during, and after every flight

Meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market

Minimum Requirements (Required)

2+ years of experience selling premium products or services to affluent or high-net-worth clients in luxury travel, hospitality, real estate, yachting

Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Comfortable working with affluent, high-expectation clientele

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Based in South Florida and available to work onsite Monday–Friday

Highly Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience at a private jet brokerage, aviation charter company, or aircraft wholesaler

Familiarity with aircraft categories, market pricing, and availability

Understanding of charter sourcing processes and operator relationships

Knowledge of aviation scheduling, trip coordination, and flight logistics
