What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a dedicated
Resident Service Coordinator
with a versatile and resident‑focused attitude to join our team! The resident service coordinator is responsible for assisting in the general operation of the property and all related administrative work involved in the coordinating of resident services. They must have a working knowledge of all leasing and management policies, accounting, maintenance and resident retention policies and programs.
Resident Engagement, Correspondence and Follow Up
Plan and organize resident events
Respond to Resident Feedback within 24 hours through the Resident Feedback system on mprop.net.
Record all resident correspondence in Yardi.
Property Inspection and Curb Appeal
Complete weekly property inspections with specific focus on resident balconies/patios and amenities.
Inspect apartments as needed.
Resident Files and Paperwork
Responsible for resident files which include but not limited to renewals and resident retention programs, resident follow up including letters, requests, concerns, and lease changes.
Performs all activities related to in‑house transfers, adding and removing roommates and lease renewals.
Prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents.
Back up to and assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager on the flow of all paperwork and verifications.
Assist with filing and maintain the filing system.
Collaboration with Leadership
Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with any requested work to be done on the property.
Provide direct input in setting the agenda for weekly and monthly staff meetings
Compliance:
Adheres to federal and state Fair Housing Laws as well as all company policies.
What We’ll Expect from You:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four‑year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales and/or Customer Service training
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.
