Join the Sprouts Farmers Market team as a Produce Clerk in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This role involves delivering an inviting produce presentation, educating customers about fresh products, and supporting team members to create an outstanding service experience. Responsibilities
Stock, face, fill, and organize produce items, maintaining presentation standards and the department schematics. Properly handle, prepare, and merchandise produce to ensure freshness and high quality. Perform trimming, watering, and other maintenance tasks to keep products in peak condition. Rotate inventory and manage stock levels to maximize availability and minimize waste. Provide accurate pricing and tag customers for their inquiries and product information. Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and Sprouts’ safety policies. Perform the physical duties of moving, lifting, and maneuvering products up to 50 lbs and walking up to 5 miles per shift. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years. Dependable, reliable, and capable of maintaining a flexible schedule. Positive attitude with strong customer‑service skills and ability to work in a team. Excellent communication and the ability to follow directives. Multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Strong physical capacity for standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbsli> Willingness to work with produce under varied conditions and in cold storage for short periods.
