Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle options, pricing, and financing solutions.
Assist with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with a proactive approach.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely responses to customer needs.
Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and innovations to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
