Our client, a well-established law firm, seeks a
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to join its Columbia, SC office.
Pay Range Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Support attorneys in commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, loans, and developments.
Draft and review title commitments, policies, and due diligence materials.
Assist with document preparation, transaction coordination, and closing processes.
Manage communications with clients, title companies, and other parties.
Handle post‑closing follow‑up, organization, and document management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law is preferred.
Title experience preferred.
Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
iManage experience preferred.
