Loan Officer
The Eclipse Financial is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Loan Officer
to join our dynamic finance team. This role is critical in helping customers secure financing while supporting sales through efficient, compliant loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers, lenders, and staff to structure and secure financing
Review credit applications and financial documents to determine loan eligibility
Submit, track, and finalize loan approvals with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, and payment options to customers
Ensure all loans are completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations (including Red Flag, OFAC, etc)
Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to maximize approval rates and terms
Support the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience
Advanced knowledge of credit bureau reports including TransUnion, Equifax, Experian
Qualifications
Previous experience in finance, loan processing, or lending preferred
Strong understanding of credit reports, lending guidelines, and financing structures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Proficiency with management system software and basic computer applications
