Mon‑Fri, 8 AM‑6 PM +
1 Saturday/month (4 hrs)
(Saturday shift earns 4 hrs off on a weekday for flexibility)
Role Overview Join our fast‑paced collections team! You'll locate students, negotiate payment plans, and handle delinquent accounts with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Skip tracing via platforms like People.com
150‑200 outbound calls/day
using a dialer
Convert leads (ages 18‑25) into payment plans within 30 days
Negotiate settlements assertively
Requirements
6‑12 months in high‑volume calling (collections, sales, or similar)
Typing speed:
60 WPM
Computer literate, tough skin, goal‑driven
Training & Culture
Quick onboarding: 1‑4 days with supervisor
Tight‑knit team, milestone celebrations
Dress code: Business professional Mon‑Thu; casual Fridays
