Overview
Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for Villa Mirage Resort in Scottsdale. The role ensures seamless property operations and provides guests with a world‑class experience.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
Assist in executing preventative maintenance programs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team on projects and maintenance plans.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications
Proven maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
