This position tracks time and is eligible for overtime under non-exempt FLSA requirements for hours beyond 40 per week.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Onboarding includes three weeks of instructor-led training and two to four weeks on-the-job training
Ability to observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
Ability to detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or microphone
Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Remote-work technical specifications (if applicable):
Download speed of at least 50 Mbps and upload speed of at least 5 Mbps
Test speeds to confirm via speedtest.net or provide provider documentation
Direct Ethernet connection to router required; satellite, Wi-Fi, and extenders are not allowed
Skills and Competencies
Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ability to recommend different products and services
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule including all hours of the contact center
Basic computer skills and navigation of multiple systems
Effective time management and strong verbal/written communication
General knowledge of basic banking, electronic banking and/or credit card services
Preferences
One year of customer service or production experience
Start here, go anywhere. Our contact center associates have opportunities to explore a wide variety of roles within Regions. Class is scheduled to begin February 23, 2026. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Hours Training: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. After training: Monday–Friday 10am–7pm; Saturday 8am–5pm.

Compensation Details Pay ranges are job-specific and reflect market references. Pay varies with factors including experience, skills, location, and performance. Minimum/Median figures are provided as a market reference and may not apply to all positions.
Minimum Job Range Target: $39,680.30 USD
Median: $47,663.40 USD
