We’re currently seeking a West Coast Community Manager with student housing expertise who’s willing to relocate to Hawaii to lead operations at a student housing community in Honolulu.
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about managing Class A student properties, driving occupancy, and leading a dedicated team. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations at a major student housing property
Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing student housing properties
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting
Experience with leasing and marketing, including social media and resident events
Strong leadership and team management skills
Earn $110k or more in total compensation, including salary and bonuses
Potential for a 100% rent discount and a relocation bonus
Lead a critical property within the West Coast portfolio
Direct visibility to regional leadership
Opportunity to lead the transformation of a high-potential property
