Position Summary The Field Marketing Execution Analyst is essential to enhancing Electrolit's marketing effectiveness through the development of processes and tools that capture field marketing activities. Leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, this role builds streamlined tools and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into daily field operations, including consumer sampling, event marketing, and music festival activations.

Principal Duties
Design and build Power Automate workflows that streamline event tracking and reporting processes.
Develop Power Apps solutions that enable real-time event data capture and management.
Collect and analyze field marketing data from our marketing execution software, Repsly.
Create Power BI dashboards to monitor event performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
Deliver actionable recommendations that optimize marketing spend and enhance event performance.
Partner with marketing teams to align data-driven insights with strategic business objectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership that communicate marketing execution outcomes and performance trends.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all marketing execution platforms and systems.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance marketing efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of marketing analytics and CPG industry trends.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics or execution within CPG or food & beverage industry.
Experience with marketing execution platforms (e.g., Repsly, GoSpotCheck) preferred.
Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
Other Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10% (overnight and out-of-region).
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends for event support.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Occasional lifting of marketing materials (up to 25 lbs).
Ability to travel by air or ground transportation as needed.
