Commercial Specification Manager
Polyglass USA, Inc., a premier roofing materials manufacturer, is looking for a Commercial Specification Manager, ideally located in Southern California or Phoenix, Arizona. The position leads the development and management of customer relationships with national and regional corporate accounts, architects, and consultants, working closely with Regional Sales Leaders to drive profitable sales on a national scale.
What You Get to Do
Execute sales strategy for national and regional corporate accounts, architects, and consultants in collaboration with Regional Sales Leaders and other sales team members.
Grow and increase distribution of key brand items for national corporate accounts.
Provide updates on opportunities or competitors that affect growth across all distribution channels nationally.
Forecast and track account revenues and costs.
Collaborate with manufacturing operations and sales leaders to ensure product availability for national accounts and communicate urgent matters to the National Low Slope Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with large national and regional property owners.
What You Bring
Strong public speaking skills.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, etc.).
Minimum five years of roofing sales experience servicing national corporate accounts or equivalent training and experience.
Minimum bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent work experience preferred.
