What You’ll Do
Identify and secure local events and home shows to maximize exposure
Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers
Build and manage an annual calendar of shows and events
Recruit, train, and schedule event demonstrators for optimal coverage
Oversee booth setup, displays, and teardown to ensure a professional presentation
Engage with event attendees to schedule in‑home consultations
Collect contest entries and follow up to convert leads into appointments
Track and report on event performance, providing insights to improve results

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, public‑facing environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Availability to work weekends
