Overview Marketing Coordinator role at The Leona Group.

Responsibilities Support schools in the development of each campus’ marketing strategy to support the recruitment and retention of students and staff. Contribute to the development and implementation of social media and marketing strategies that build a consistent brand at the site and system level. Develop and disseminate internal and external communications that highlight the company’s and schools’ impacts to help build brand awareness, boost morale among stakeholders, and recruit qualified personnel. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Familiarity with digital platforms such as Constant Contact, Google Suite, Excel, Zoom, social media accounts, and Canva.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organization skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Critical and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or high school diploma with at least 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
