Regional Property Manager

to join our team! We are seeking a Regional Property Manager who can manage our awesome portfolio which consists of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities in the South Texas Region (San Antonio, Austin, & Houston). Ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their staff, like to work hard while having fun, and are strong problem‑solvers.

Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate has experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Operations, dynamic leadership ability, proficiency in all phases of financial and variance reporting, strong background in Project Based Section 8/ LIHTC, marketing savvy, proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps, and Property Management‑related software. Must have a passion for customer service!

The Job Our Regional Managers are fully accountable for providing support to onsite teams while they manage the day‑to‑day property operations. Regional Managers will oversee and ensure that the value of the property is maintained, and that the property team is positive and successful.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dynamic team

Develop and manage the budget

Ensure the property meets KPI Goals: Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Turn‑Times, Asset, and Budget Management

Evaluate property performance through Quarterly Auditing

Ensure that site teams deliver Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing to all residents

Location South Texas Region (San Antonio, Austin, & Houston)

Requirements

75% Travel

High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)

Minimum of five years as a Regional Manager

Working knowledge of Onsite or Yardi software

English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)

Ability to pass a full background check

Additional Requirements for Affordable Housing Properties Strong experience in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD Project Based Section 8, HOME Funds, and Bonds. Participation in REAC inspections and resident‑occupied project renovations.

Additional Information

The work schedule is Monday‑Friday (occasional weekends and evenings as needed)

Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Up to 75% travel required to visit all properties

Salary $90,000‑100,000/year
