Customer Service Account Specialist

$18.00 $24.00 per hour As a Customer Service Account Specialist at FW Logistics, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns regarding day?to?day operations are handled professionally and promptly. Your core responsibilities include maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and overseeing the precise entry and release of customer orders. Represent FW Logistics in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Proactive communications with customers regarding the services delivered by the Company. Communicate professionally, effectively, and promptly with customers to provide information and support regarding the day?to?day operations and customer inquiries and/or concerns. Maintain the data integrity of account information stored in the Company Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ensure accurate order entry and release of the same information to staff as needed. Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken. Prompt follow?up to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customer issues. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of their order status or any adjustments. Verify the accuracy and completeness of information that appears questionable. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years in a customer service account management role. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Results?driven, adaptable and accountable. Compassionate and customer?focused. Ability to solve practical problems in dynamic situations.
Physical Requirements: Use of computer, telephone and office equipment. Sit for extended periods up to 8 hours per day. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
