Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Specialist will assist in client engagement and onboarding, deliver sales presentations, identify potential sales opportunities, and develop marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of the sales team by executing training and workshops.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience in Training to support growth and development within the organization
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment requiring both in-office and remote work
Familiarity with the insurance or related industries is a plus
Must be familiar with CRM systems, social media, and other basic systems such as Word, Adobe, Slack, etc.
