Job Description Staff Content Designers collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, marketers, legal partners, and other stakeholders to create intuitive content that empowers users and drives business outcomes. The role involves analysis of content strategy, stakeholder coordination, and the translation of complex value propositions into clear, user‑centered copy.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and articulate clear content strategies that align with product goals and user needs.

Plan and write UX content for web and app experiences—including navigation, UI copy, emails, push notifications, and in‑app messaging.

Collaborate with design on overall experience strategy, content hierarchy, interactions, and visual/messaging tone.

Lead functional projects and programs within the content design function, coordinating activities across teams.

Identify opportunities for process, product, and service improvements based on user insights and industry trends.

Determine methods and procedures for content design strategies that may impact the work of others.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Excellent writing, content strategy, and critical‑thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, set stakeholder expectations, and collaborate across teams.

Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e‑commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a senior content or copy role, with a track record of delivering high‑impact content in tech or payments.

Strong storytelling ability combined with strategic thinking and customer‑centric problem solving.

Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑tech environments and navigating ambiguous challenges.

Compensation and Benefits U.S. national annual pay range: $100,500 to $173,250. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
