About the Role We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, relationship‑driven Community Outreach Manager who is excited to be the face of Daughter for Hire in the community. The kind of person who lights up when you can connect families with support that changes lives.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including senior living communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations serving older adults to increase visibility and referrals.

Represent Daughter for Hire at community events, meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities.

Conduct outreach through calls, visits, networking, and community engagement to share our mission and services with a focus on connecting seniors and families to the support they need.

Meet with families and seniors to understand their care needs and guide them through the start‑of‑care process.

Track outreach efforts and referral activity to support growth strategies.

Distribute informational materials and strengthen our brand presence in the community.

Work closely with leadership and marketing to support business development and community impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years in business development or community outreach or demonstrated success in a public‑facing role where relationship‑building, communication, and community engagement were core responsibilities.

Outgoing personality with exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.

A passion for working with seniors and a strong desire to make a difference and improve lives.

Strong presentation, organization and time‑management abilities.

Self‑driven, positive, and comfortable working independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and using CRM systems to track outreach activity. Prior CRM or social media experience is a plus.

Comfortable looking at outreach results and using what you learn to focus efforts, strengthen relationships, and support company growth.

$65,000 base salary + annual performance bonus

This full‑time role includes both in‑office and field work. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm at our Latham, NY office.
