creative strategy role
as we scale. This role is designed for someone who wants to be inside a startup environment and learn what it actually takes to build a brand and business from the ground floor. You’ll work closely with the founder and team, help bring Klar’s creative vision to life, and be an active presence both online and in real-world brand moments. The role
You’ll manage Klar’s social media and creative execution while collaborating on broader brand and growth strategy. This includes translating direction into content, showing up consistently on social, being present at events and activations, helping build community, and supporting the day-to-day work of scaling a consumer brand. This is a hybrid role based in
Los Angeles / Orange County , with in-person collaboration, events, and some travel built into the job. What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day social media execution across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Collaborate closely with the founder on creative direction, campaign planning, and content calendars Create, shoot, and edit short-form content that feels natural, thoughtful, and culturally relevant Be on the ground at Klar events, pop-ups, retail activations, and brand moments across LA and OC Help build and engage Klar’s community through comments, DMs, events, and creator relationships Participate in weekly team meetings and gain exposure to multiple facets of the business Support sales and outreach efforts through content, relationships, and brand presence Identify creators, partners, and community leaders aligned with Klar’s values Monitor performance, share insights, and help iterate on creative and community strategy Who you are

I started Klar out of a real need. I wanted clean energy that actually worked with my brain, not against it. After years of building in creative, marketing, and wellness spaces, Klar became a way to combine all of that into something tangible. We’re still early, but we’re past the idea stage. Klar is on shelves, in people’s routines, and growing quickly. This next chapter is about building the brand with intention and momentum, and I’m looking for someone who wants to be close to that process. This role is for someone excited by the startup environment, who wants to learn every part of building a consumer brand from the ground up, and who genuinely enjoys showing up, creating, and connecting with people. You’ll be in the room, at the events, part of the conversations, and helping shape how Klar grows in the real world and online.
