Content Creator & Videographer Construction Equipment Manufacturer is looking for a skilled and experienced Content Creator & Videographer to produce engaging, high-impact visual content that supports our brand, marketing, training and communication goals. If you’re passionate about storytelling, creative production, and working in a hands-on industrial environment, we’d love for you to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos showcasing products, processes, facility operations, and company culture.
Create content for marketing campaigns, social media, product demonstrations, and internal training materials.
Collaborate with management, marketing, and production teams to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
Maintain and organize digital media assets, ensuring consistent branding and quality.
Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools safely within a manufacturing environment.
Repurpose long‑form footage into short‑form content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Manage project timelines and ensure all content meets deadlines and quality standards.
Stay updated on content trends, videography techniques, and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of professional experience in videography, content creation, or multimedia production (manufacturing or industrial content experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Skilled in photography, lighting, sound recording, and general video production.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle fast‑paced, on‑site production environments.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical processes into visually compelling stories.
Expert with social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing principles.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset.
Ability to follow safety rules and work respectfully within an active manufacturing facility.
