Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and follow up to webinar attendees

Qualify prospects and have ability to assess and understand customer needs

Contact business decision makers by telephone to promote products and services

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects and manage prospect pipeline

Schedule appointments for the outside sales team with prospective customers

Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow up

Qualifications:

Telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Clear, professional verbal communication skills

Strong active listening and rapport-building abilities

Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn

Basic computer and typing skills; able to navigate CRM systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to follow scripts and structured call workflows

Resilient, professional handling of rejection

Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different conversations
